Dj Roni

Roni was born in Athens in 1981. At the age of 10 he moved to Nafplio with his parents. Back in 1992 at the age of 11 he bought his first decks and started to experiment in sounds with vinyls. A friend listened his music and liked it so much that proposed him to start spinning at his coffee shop.. He started playing synthesizer and naturaly came out something more electronic which lead him to start producing his own tracks in electronic and techno rhythms. As the years passed Roni became so famous in Nafplio that he moved back to Athens and started spinning in famous clubs and live stages. He started with his friend John "Bugs", at club "Mirroir" (ermou street). After that he went at "Boca Luppo" cafe in Dafne and at that time he created a dj team with the futuristic name "fantastic 4". They organised 5 parties at "Boca Luppo" and "Mirroir" (peiraios street). After that he joined "modular expansion" with George Apergis. At the moment he is working on his own projects with different styles of electronic music. He spinns along Greece in clubs such as: +soda, danza, astron bar,boca lupo, mirroir, luv, club 22, gagarin , berlin (trikala) -kinky - avenue - fashion cafe, xenon cafe , rosso cafe , veto bar(nafplio), amfitheatro and theatro bar (rodos) kiotari festival in north rodes, & argopolis urban vision & sound festival with rock group matisse in argos , Katerinas bar & downunder at mikonos & Wunderbar (exarheia) Snowme and sehre cafe (Arahova) with all known national and international superstars djs such as: Cristian Varella, Chris Cowie, Marco Bailey, Max Graham, Oscar Mullero, Ben Sims, Circulation, Ken Ishi, Luke Slater, Rui da Silva, Mikelle, Cleopetra Fyntanidou, Romylo, D.Lazarides, George Kyriakou, George Apergis, Viton, Spyros Kaloumenos, Axel Karakasis, dj Gus, Agent Graig and more. His tracks also participated in some popular greek music magazines' collections such as "Free" and "Freeze". This summer he played music and organised prive parties in some of the most famous places in Mykonos island such as: Bahia Blanca (kalo livadi) Camares and Aroma (center), Scarpa, Cosy and more. This winter he appears as a resident dj in "Padre Padrone" in Arahova. His next big gig will take place at Ethiniki Asfalistiki Megaro (Athens) on new years eve, spinning along with "Deep Dish".
